The electroplating surface should be bright and uniform, pay attention to whether there are defects such as peeling, cracking, burning, peeling and obvious pitting. The texture of the sprayed surface must be fine, smooth, uniform and must not have such defects as drooping and bottoming out, otherwise it will affect the service life of the valve.
2. The valve pipe thread is connected to the pipe, and when purchasing, visually inspect the thread surface for obvious dents, broken teeth and other defects. Special attention should be paid to the effective length of the pipe thread and the connector, and the length of the threaded connection will affect the reliability of the seal. Please pay attention to the effective length of the pipe thread when purchasing. Usually the effective length of the DN15 cylindrical pipe thread is about 10 mm.
3. Gate valves and ball valves are usually marked with nominal pressure on the valve body or handle, and you can choose directly according to your own needs when purchasing.
